We have learned about the amazing Courage of Chris Bertish from South Africa who had a dream to surf the biggest wave. He was an unknown surfer who worked 4 jobs to raise money for his equipment and travel. He won the International competition in California against a world class field with a broken leg and a borrowed surf board.
He then challenged himself to paddleboard across the Alantic Ocean from Morocco to Antigua, just over 4000miles. He did this in 93 days. He lost communication to the outside world as he hit a giant squid taking on water. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zxO6SI5EXGo
