It’s been a lovely week in the classroom. The children are really getting into the phonics and we can see their increased confidence and progress each day which is super. Please do remember to complete the Letters and Sounds book each night (Mon-Thurs) and bring it in each day. Support from home makes a huge difference and one of the most valuable things you can do with your child is just going through the book from the beginning each night and practising recognising all the phonemes we have taught so far. Miss Hudson has made another short video to demonstrate what we’ve learnt this week. Do watch it with your child and try the activities.

  1. Thank you for sharing this, Etta has enjoyed speaking along with the phonemes and graphemes this morning to show me what she does in class 🙂

    1. Thanks for taking the time to comment. It’s good to know the videos are being watched and you can see exactly how we do it in school.
