We’ve been really enjoying our learning in history all about the Empire Windrush and its passengers. We’ve looked at real records from the ship that showed which jobs each passenger did and we’ve learned about the similarities and differences between life in Jamaica and Britain. The children’s imaginative ideas about what the passengers made of British food was brilliant!
